According to a study conducted to e-shoppers, 16% of respondents admitted to having given up buying online due to not knowing the day and time of delivery.

Taking this limitation into account, DPD  launched Predict, an urgent service that provides information to the recipient as to the day and time of delivery, who in turn may change the date for 1 or 2 days later or choose one of the 600 Pickup parcel shops as new delivery location.

  • Interaction with the recipient via SMS or email
  • Reduction of failure of delivery due to absence
  • Reduction of the number of returns
